Four kinds of operators, five cabins. The equipment is the same science — the right starter stack is tuned to your floor, your members and your price point.
Start where your members already are
You don't buy the catalogue on day one. You buy the one or two cabins that fit your model, prove the recovery habit, then expand. Here's the pattern we see working across segments.
| Operator | Starter stack | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Gyms & performance studios | X°CRYO → e°CABIN | Cheap entry to test the habit, then a flagship cryo cabin members book per session or subscription. |
| Longevity & health clinics | e°CABIN + LedPro (+ OxyPro, supervised) | A visible protocol stack alongside diagnostics — with hyperbaric kept conservative and supervised. |
| Corporate campuses | LedPro + e°CABIN | High throughput, low staffing — a benefit talent can't get elsewhere, with measurable use. |
| Hotels & resorts | e°CABIN + LedPro | A flagship recovery suite that differentiates the property and earns beyond the room night. |
The two rules underneath the table
- Lead with throughput or price, not prestige. A cabin that turns lots of short sessions (LedPro) or costs little to enter (X°CRYO) proves the model fastest.
- Keep OxyPro conservative. Hyperbaric is the one modality where the claims — and the supervision — have to be tightest (see the compliance briefing).
The market is moving this way
The big chains are already here: Crunch Fitness rolled out “Relax & Recover” studios and F45 is adding cold plunge, infrared sauna and percussive therapy worldwide, while recovery-first brands like iCRYO have hit the Inc. 5000 three years running. On the demand side, elite athletes from LeBron James to Cristiano Ronaldo have made recovery tech mainstream — the members walking into your space already know what it is.
